For full service catering our professional catering team will arrive 2 hours prior to your scheduled service start time (depending on event details and location) to get everything perfectly set-up. Full service includes plastic cutlery packets, serving utensils, sturdy disposable plates, durable napkins, chafing dishes, and black linen covered buffet and beverage service tables. Standard service includes buffet set-up and up to 1 1/2 hours of service. During meal service, Flame and Flavor Catering staff will monitor the buffet line, replenishing everything as needed and then break everything down and clean up afterwards. Our minimum guest count for full service catering is 30. A minimum delivery fee of $30 will be added to all orders (this may increase based on distance to event location). There will be staffing charges added that will vary depending on the event type and the staffing needed. An 18% administrative fee will also be applied to all full service events which covers costs associated with your event. Please note, these fees are NOT used as a gratuity for the service staff. Gratuity is not included and is left entirely to the client’s discretion. It is never expected, but always appreciated.
